Remember that hunky hottie Chris Lambton that Ali dumped for Roberto on The Bachelorette? He was the former inner city school teacher turned landscaper. You know, the one with the heart of solid gold, having moved from NYC to live with his dad after his mom died. Yeah, that guy. He was awesome, sweet and so effing hot. Too hot for Ali, for sure.
(Not that Roberto isn’t a Baldwin, but that butt chin just you could park a car in killed it for me.)
Anyway, he was approached to be the next Bachelor, which had he said yes, would have saved us all from a season of Brad Womack’s droning drawl and weird body shape.
Sad for us, he said no, and went to find a wife like a normal person:
We met at another Bachelor function,” Wright told People. “It’s long distance so we’re on the phone and iChatting a lot.
Now, former The Bachelorette bachelor Chris Lambton and former The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad bachelorette Peyton Wright have gotten engaged.
“I found the love of my life in Peyton,” Lambton told Life & Style. “We are so incredibly happy together. She was worth the wait.”
Wright, a 28-year-old from Dallas, TX who was a bachelorette on Andy Baldwin‘s (WHO?!) edition and also swapped major spit on the Bachelor Pad last summer. Lambton is 34 and still hot.
They began dating last fall but did not confirm they were in a committed relationship until that dude with the mask revealed his true identity.
